Zephyr Enterprise Jira Integration (Free with Zephyr Enterprise) 

Increase traceability and transparency between Jira and Zephyr Enterprise, a highly scalable test management solution. With this integration, teams can easily access Zephyr Enterprise from Jira, and view lists of Zephyr Enterprise test cases and their execution status directly in Jira.

Announcer for Jira 

Create and display custom announcements for your team within Jira. This app allows admins to customize announcements in a simple editor, share with a targeted audience, and easily track receipt of their message. Announcements will display as a pop-up for Jira users in the target audience.

My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management 

Improve customers' access to requests by adding a “My Requests” view on the portal for Jira Service Management. Administrators will have full control over what customers can see and access, while customers have more visibility and access to their own service requests.

Documents for Jira 

Manage and store files in Jira on a project level so the whole project team has access. This app adds an additional tab named Documents to the project dashboard in Jira where you can post and share relevant documents in a hierarchical, searchable format.

Available for Insight for Jira Service Management (Cloud Premium, Cloud Enterprise, and Data Center) users, Insight Discovery is an agentless network scanner for IP-enabled hosts and devices. You can discover assets like servers, virtual machines, computers, routers, switches, printers and more, and get notified about infrastructure changes and potential incidents.

Issue Picker Custom Field Type for Jira 

This app provides a new custom field type for issue finding and linking, including quick search for recently viewed issues, multiple values allowed in one field, custom searcher to use in issue navigator, and more. 

Issue Translator for Jira 

Facilitate seamless communication between customers and service team members with automatic translation for Jira issues. Specify a service agent’s preferred language, and the app will automatically translate customer issues to that language. Agent’s replies will be automatically translated back to the language of the customer’s request.

JQL Tricks Plugin for Jira

We recently tested the Documents for Jira plugin for a Business Unit we are onboarding in Jira Cloud. The app has really good potential to become a true DMS (Document Management) solution but it still needs a little bit of work. 

The plugin enable file folder view within Jira and the ability to link epics/issues/sub-tasks to documents, problem is it only works in Jira Data Center for now (Cloud is TBD).
