Hi there,
Today we discoverd the following "announcement" of a change in Jira cloud:
Backup for server is being discontinued starting November 30, 2024
Instead, you can use the CSV file import wizard to move your data from Cloud to Data Center. This option supports data such as issue data, users, and project types.
This comes as a complete suprise to us as a customer.
Can anyone direct me to more information.
We have the luxury of running DC and Cloud and, since there is no good means of back-up in cloud, make our own back-ups and restore them in DC.
Any opinions on this Atlassian "announcement"?
Krgds!
That is correct...did have time yet to update my post so thanks for sharing it here @Tim Eddelbüttel ...kudos to Atlassian for the "public announcement" ;)
