Once I create a ticket on the Software backlog it creates a link on the Service desk ticket but notes the link under the comments section.
How do I change this so that the link actually reflects in the correct field and not on the comments field? (i.e on the linked ticket field) ?
What rule criteria should I use as I am currently using the following:
