Hi Admins!
On our server version we had one project with multiple boards but after our migration to the cloud last night it only migrated one of the 5 boards to the cloud.
All the data of the other boards is on the cloud - it is however not associated to a board.
Is this because the cloud only caters for one board per project?
Boards with filters that cross projects may not migrate. We simply manually copied the filters and then recreated the boards.
Hi Vanessa!
"Is this because the cloud only caters for one board per project?"
No, JIRA Cloud allows projects to have multiple boards. For one project, I currently have 3 boards.
Hope this helps!
Julie

Hi @Vanessa Becker ,
please navigate to the url https://your-site.atlassian.net/jira/boards and see if the missing boards are visible here and check their location.

Yes, we recently migrated to Cloud, and all the boards migrated successfully, even though there were multiple boards per project.

@Vanessa BeckerWe were on Server 7.13, and the Boards pull-down was in the top bar. On Cloud the boards have moved - look for them in the pull-down at the top of the left nav bar:

That move from the top to the left nav bar was unexpected for us, as well. We're doing our migration from 7.13.5 to Cloud this weekend, but in our multiple test migrations over the past couple of weeks, all of our boards migrated without issue.
