I am unable to log in to my account, as the password recorded in my password manager is not working. The forgotten password emails are not arriving in my inbox, despite being 'resent' and I have triggered it several times on different machines. I have checked my spam folders, and contacted my mail server service team and there is no record of the emails arriving.
The chat engine suggests I contact support, but those pages all point me to this Community, so I appear to be entirely unable to contact someone to ask for help in resolving this. I wonder what I should do. Thankfully I am still logged in on my smartphone so I haven't lost all access (yet)!

Seems like Atlassian might have a block list that people accidentally get on, so its worth a check to see if your one of those people.
I unfortunately do not have an answer for you - but I am having the same issue when inviting users in the administrative settings. Jira says its sent, but there is no trace of it ever hitting the users inbox (spam as well). IT checked out Outlook and Exchange and didn't find anything that would be barring the emails.
