Hi everyone,
I’m working on a small integration project where I want to monitor how often an external tool is accessed, ideally linking that usage data with Jira issues or Confluence pages.
The tool is a SASSA payment status checker that I built to help users quickly verify their grant info:

I’d love to be able to track interactions—like link clicks—from within a Confluence knowledge base or as part of a Jira Service Management portal. Has anyone here implemented something like that using macros, webhooks, or apps from the Marketplace?
Appreciate any suggestions or examples!
Hello Alihaider,
Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, Jira cloud does not have a feature to log usage details for the marketplace add-on . There is a feature request :
It is recommended to check with the respective app support team on their offerings of audit logs.
Have a nice day!
