url scheme for open app and create issue

Our company uses a privatized deployment of jira service management, and our employees also have mobile apps installed on their mobile phones.

Now I want employees to click a link on the web page to automatically open the mobile app, switch to the interface for creating an issue, and automatically fill in the preset content in the title and detailed information of the issue, so I want to know about the current mobile app Whether the application has a exist url-scheme to implement it. 

Just like:   jira-app://issues?title=example-title-urlencoded&content=example-content-urlencoded
