validation screen not appearing on mobile app

comments or any validation fields screen not appearing on mobile app. is there any workaround for this bug till its fully address by development team

Thank you for the response soumyadeep, we are running on-perm jira and we can see it’s still validation/comments screen no appearing on any of iOS/android mobile devices version
