Deprecation notice: insight links from Pendo, Intercom and Vivun, formulas using data from links

Hi everyone, 

Every once in a while we look at features with very low usage and look for opportunities to retire some of them. This helps simplify the product for everyone and keep the technical debt under control, which also helps us move faster to work on new features based on what customers need and ask for. 

As of 10 July 2025 the following feature will stop working (as they had very, very low usage): 

When you paste a link from Pendo, Intercom or Vivun when creating an insight in JPD, it currently retrieves additional properties from the app to display them in the insight. From 10 July onwards, for these apps, it will stop doing that and instead just show those as links.

The feature will continue working for the following apps: Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and of course Jira. For example with Zendesk:

Update on 08 July:

One feature we missed in the original announcement (we apologize!) is the ability to create custom formula that roll-up data from these insight links for all apps (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira). This feature was used by a very small number of customers.

Current formula fields will keep working, but you won't be able to create new ones.
