We’re doing research into one of the most talked-about — and challenging — changes facing product teams today: transforming to the product operating model (POM).

At Atlassian, we believe deeply in the power of empowered product teams focused on outcomes, not outputs. But we also know that transformation is rarely straightforward. That’s why we’re creating a handbook of real-world stories and practical guidance and we’d love your help. 

We're looking to speak with people who’ve led or significantly contributed to a transformation effort at their company, whether it’s still underway or months/years in. These conversations will primarily be 1:1 interviews, and may be featured (with your permission) in future playbooks or community spotlights to help others learn from your experience.

We want to hear from:

• Product or other leaders who’ve spearheaded org-wide transformation

• Individual PMs, designers, engineers who were change agents within their teams

• Coaches, consultants, or transformation leads supporting teams through this shift
