Add a date using a calendar in custom fields defaults

I have configured a special type of test ticket with a specific table. But I would like to insert in the Status column, in {panel} and the calendar type element, //date, directly from the custom default field settings. From the manual addition, it would be like //date(enter), but directly from the configured field what should I write? I would like this, when I create a new ticket, to pre-fill it as it is in the picture in the image, where I added manually.

in the custom file, of type "Paragraph (supports rich text)" at "Set Custom Field Default" I inserted like this:
