×Hi team,
When I tried to set the type of the "Label" field named "Labels" as a "Global Field", it seems that these values were not shared between Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software projects.
Is this due to a project limitation? Perhaps because the Jira Product Discovery project is team-managed while the Jira Software project is company-managed?
Additionally, as shown in the screenshot below, there is another issue. I'm not sure if this is a bug or another limitation.
Hi @Leo LI
1. Yes labels are not shared across JPD and Jira Software projects because JPD projects are team-managed.
2. It's a known bug that labels can't be updated on an idea view. To update labels, open any JPD view such as a list or a board, then update the label if the field is visible in your view, or select an idea so it opens in the side panel on the right then update the label field.

Hello @Rohan Swami
I am trying to achieve the exact same thing as Leo : reuse labels defined in Jira in my JPD.
I understand your answer but what can we do ? Is there any way to share some fields between both systems ?
My end goal is to have a plan where I have some Jira projects and JPD and be able to filter on "labels" or anything else meaningful. How can I achieve this ?
