Hi there,
We're using JPD to manage our feedback and want to be able to assign pieces of feedback to Product Managers, but it seems as though you're only able to assign Ideas to Creators or Administrators. Does every PM need to be a Creator in order to have Ideas assigned to them? Or is there another non-licensed role that would work here? (I saw "Stakeholder" roles mentioned in another thread.
Thanks!
@Tanguy Crusson wrote a good article explaining the JPD roles: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/The-different-types-of-users-creators-contributors-and/ba-p/2378354.
If you go to the "Access" section of a JPD project and click "Manage roles", you'll see the different permissions that can be applied. To have the "Work on ideas" permission a "Creator" (paid) license is required. The ability to be assigned is implicit within the "Work on ideas" permission. It's not an explicit permission like in Jira project permissions.
