Attachment number error limit

Hello, 

in a specific board users are experiencing a weird error: they seem to be not able to load more than 1 attachment at time.

on yesterday the limit seemed to be 6... today things got worse and lowered to just 1 upload at time...

they are "service desk team" members. maybe it is related to that?
