Contributors can't see/use the Reactions field

Good day,

We are piloting JPD and so far it's looking great!

One issue I'm struggling with is that Contributors can't even see (neither use) the  Reactions field, through the docs explicitly say contributors can "Add comments, insights, votes, and reactions". My contributors can only leave comments and insights, but not reactions.

Any ideas?
