Create idea template

Hi,

I am aware the default templates have been refreshed, but I have a jpd user reporting that their template with custom fields also changed and lost the fields they were using. 

I had not been in the backend of jpd in a bit but noticed that the Create Idea form looks to be now tied to the views and the fields added to that view

Was this changed at the same time as the template refresh or at another time? 

Would this have effected any template created by a user? 

I cannot recall if those were editable at some point and that is how the customization appears to have been lost?

Hi Ian, the idea creation form is tied to the configuration of a view (that's how you select which fields to show on the form) - it's always worked like that actually. It might be worth moving the view you're using for this in a dedicated section (to make sure no one changes it)?

Thanks Tanguy!  I had trouble remembering how it was when I first introduced it to out our creators.
