Custom RICE fields/Select fields with decimal rating

Hi

I am trying to setup a RICE score where the Reach has the following values, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3.

I do not want users to be able to select/enter any other values.

I have made a new "select" type field and added these values in, but I can't seem to "read" these values as part of a "Expression" field. I thought I might be able to added a custom weighting to the select field, but the weighting only allows for whole numbers and not decimals.

So my question is, what is the best way to make a field that has the values 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 that the user cannot change AND which can be used in an expression?

Maybe you can just multiply it by 100, and in any calculations divide it by 100.
