Different views for Idea creation in Jira Product discovery

Hi

We are in the process of trying to roll Jira product discovery out across my company. 

As part of this, we want all departments to use the same JPD project. This will allow us to create shared roadmaps across the company.

Unfortunately each team has different needs to what they require in an idea ticket.

I can't see a way to have the template or view of the idea "Create" screen by dynamic. It looks like I can only set one configuration of this screen that has to be used across all teams.

Is this the case or have I missed a way to may the "Create" screen dynamic?

Hi @Martin Pendlebury,

A single JPD project for different ways of working across different teams may indeed confront you with that limitation.

If teams really have different ways to manage their ideas, the common way to handle that is having separate JPD projects. It may be good to know that the premium plan of JPD will now soon have cross-project roadmaps. You can see the announcement post published this week on Community for more information.
