We have an existing JDP Project for our NA location and we want to re-use it for our UK location. How do we copy it?
Hi,
You can copy a project by going to 'Project Create' > product product management > reuse existing project
Kind regards,

Thanks. Does it only copy over the structure not the data? I did not select to include the project access and custom roles but not sure that makes a difference in what I see.

It doesn't copy over any Ideas or views. It copies the workflow & fields (Note: they aren't shared configurations, so any changes made post project copy will still be isolated to the project where the changes are made).

We have found using the bulk ticket move function from JPD project A to project B (after you've made a project copy) mostly works.
Unfortunately, some fields like reactions (critical field used for upvoting feedback) and a few other random fields was lost. It did preserve Atlassian project links, comments and insights.

@Gary Spross and @Linda Kurtz It actually does copy the views, but not the project access or custom roles yet. The ideas won't be copied over.

I just double checked and yes, I was mistaken. It does copy Views. I edited my previous comment.
Thanks for that correction @Tanguy Crusson!
