JPD Question

Hi folks,

We have a use case to automatically mark/close the JPD Idea once all the associated Delivery tickets are moved to Done.

I am able to achieve the above requirement partially, i.e.,

Ex: If the Idea has just one Epic/delivery ticket associated to it then the automation can get things done.
But when i have a multiple Delivery work associated to the Idea, I am unable to validate if the other associated delivery item have been closed/Done. 

I would like to know if this can be achieved natively without having to opt for any marketplace plugins. Any help would be much appreciated.

You are on the right track, but you can customize your automation slightly to get this done. Here is the high level flow you want. 

Essentially you want to

1. Retrieve the JPD Idea,
2. Then check the status of all delivery tickets on the idea
3. If "All match specified JQL" then you want to close the idea.
