I was following @Tanguy Crusson's excellent tutorial on how to use a dedicated Slack channel as intake mechanism for internal feedback into JPD.
Creating a new JPD issue works as expected, and a message is posted in the Slack thread with a link to the new ticket. However, when I use the 'Add to issue' action, a new insight is added to the JPD ticket, but there is no automated Slack message along the lines of '[user] added this message to [JPD ticket link]' (as shown around 3:00 in the loom tutorial). This is a shame, because it would be such a neat solution for closing the feedback loop. Is this a known bug in the Jira-Slack intagration?
Hi @Mirko Grahnert I think it's been like this for the past... 10 years? I'll ask the team working on this integration if it's on their radar.
