I would love to create a JPD idea directly from a Deskpro support ticket.

Here is an API to create issues in Jira: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-post
You can use it to create ideas in JPD, with some caveats like votes and reactions and formulas that are JPD specific, and not yet exposed via APIs.
