List of who reacted?

We have been using reactions as a field value so people can "upvote" feedback. We have noticed that after 5 reactions of the same emoji, you can no longer see the names. Is there a way to get to the full list of names? 

Rationale: Some people like to use reactions for a quick vote and don't always follow a ticket so when we complete a ticket, we'd love to tag them to let them know we delivered the feature.

We are currently exploring improvements of the reactions feature, including providing a better way to summarise votes on all ideas.
