Make my templates show in the templates list?

When clicking the Create button at the top of the JPD project, a new JPD appears as a window.

The default view for my JPD project is the initial template applied.

But, my bespoke templates do not appear in the template list.

Instead, when I click "more templates", it opens the project settings as shows the list of templates - but does not offer the means to apply the template.

How do I replace the out of the box templates with mine in the "templates" options? Creators and contributors shouldn't have the ability to see project settings, just admins.

Hi,

thanks for sharing @lisa I've recorded the intended behaviour here

We will hide the default templates option if the admin selected a template in project settings

@Jet for the behaviour - I need all of my bespoke templates shown in the list, is this what you mean?

If I have three different templates, I want to see all three in that list, not just the single template I have selected as the default.

hi, the template recommendations are there to help new users structure their ideas. They disappear as soon as you create your own idea description template. Showing your own templates in there will be for a future iteration.

Can you explain why this is beneficial for you?
