OBoard not reflecting an idea's delivery ticket progress

I have an Oboard setup with OKRs and KPIs. I log ideas in Jira product discovery then link those ideas to delivery tickets we push for dev. I don't want to link all delivery tickets direct to a KPI - too many, it'll cloud view.

I've linked ideas to the KPI - it appears but the progress is stuck at 0%. The one circled has 4 linked delivery tickets, 3 are done, so I'd expect 75% complete.

It looks like you are hoping to see delivery progress on ideas in a Jira board.

Please note that delivery progress is associated with Epics/issues/initiatives, rather than ideas.

To effectively monitor progress, I suggest creating a view in Jira Product Discovery. This view should link your objectives to ideas, and subsequently, link epics to those ideas.

Furthermore, I recommend setting up your goals in Atlassian Home instead of Jira. You can learn more about this setup here
