I work for a business that uses the product process and JPD to manage business systems. As part of this we have backlogs that our POs look after. What I want to do is have them share that backlog with the leaders of each area of the business they support (Operations, Sales etc.)
At the moment the only publishing I can find is people with Jira licenses or everyone on the internet. Is there something in between that means I can control who can access with a password or emailed magic link to set email addresses?
Hi Alec, correction, it's not people with Jira licenses but Atlassian accounts
Atlassian accounts are user accounts and they're free. You can just send everyone you added (using their email address) a link to the published view and they can follow the prompts to create their account, or they can first create it by going to https://id.atlassian.com
OK great, that makes much more sense. Thanks for the correction.

Hey @Alec Dewell
For more granular sharing control based on email addresses or email domain, take a look Released. Users can log-in with a magic link, Google or Atlassian accounts.
You can create multiple roadmaps, tailored to different stakeholder groups in a single portal.
For an example, take a look at https://hub.released.so/demo/roadmap
Hope this helps,
Jens
