Anyone see an overlap between Ideas and Initiatives?

I'm looking for some advice whether there is a point to use initiatives in addition to JPD ideas. (because Initiatives are actual Ideas that materialized and continued to development)

@yaron.levy that's really up to you and how you organize your delivery process. Some teams do Idea > Epics, others do Idea > Initiative > Epics
