I wish Contributors can edit the title and description of the ideas they created themselves. I know they can add comments or insights but this is not enough. Contributors should feel free to update their own ideas.
This constraints damages the JPD adoption in our company. It makes hard to collaborate with people in a remote working environment.
I appreciate if you have any suggestions.
I agree on the title because it's easy to e.g. misspell or realize a better title later on. Description, yes if it's easy to track changes.
I completely agree that the Contributor role is overly restrictive. I feel that editing a ticket that was created by you should be allowed for Contributors.
I was thinking that having manual triggered automation rules would be a workaround for this, but unfortunately it appears that JPD still doesn't support this.
