Gmail integration fails 100% at Jira Product Discovery Projects when trying to use AI

I'm using gmail and the App "Atlassian - Google Workspace Marketplace"

The Gmail-Atlassian app works pretty-well in the following scenarios:

Overwall configs: All Enable-AI Apps were added to those services. Were also revoked and added again (as Rovo sugested)

Scenario A: Standard Jira project. Premium enabled

Scenario A.1 - Working -> Create work items -> Create new work items using details from this email.

Scenario A.2 - Working -> Create work items -> Use AI to generate Description

Scenario B: Jira Product Discovery project. Premium enabled

Scenario B.1 - Working -> Create work items -> Create new work items using details from this email.
Scenario B.2 - Not Working -> Create work items -> Use AI to generate Description.

In this scenario, the following appears: Atlassian AI is not enabled for this site and project.

I checked the documentation and saw that it is enabled. What now? I want to contact support because I'm relying on it to structure my company.

If you have activated Atlassian Intelligence as per the guidelines and you still encounter the challenges please submit a ticket via Atlassian Support
