I've noticed the new idea types and it got me and the team thinking about potential structures that means we can create links across our idea boards to specific outcomes or business objectives we are chasing.
At the moment one of the challenges is linking together multiple workstreams efforts to paint a picture of how our inflight & planned work is impacting some overarching outcomes.
Does anyone have experience doing something like this?
For context we use a product process to manage business systems so we want to talk about our delivery in a way that makes sense to the business and evidence how we are adding value.
