I couldn't find any option to export customer list using Jira. While searching online I can see Portal Customer option is used but I couldn't find this option in newer version of Jira.
Can you please provide instructions with screenshot?
Hello, @Garima Choudhary
What I would try to export a client and get a .xlsx file is the following:
If this doesn't work for you, I would recommend trying Postman, a tool that allows you to make API queries. With it, you can filter only for guest clients and retrieve a .json file with that information.
I really appreciate the instruction provided and sorry for the confusion. I'm after the customer list which includes all the email from external user who raised the Jira requests and added as participant.
I'm adding a screenshot for better understanding

I don't understand your goal regarding the search for external users' email addresses who generated a request and were added as customers.
First of all, you need to consider how you configured the customer permissions section in your project. This is where you grant or deny permission for a customer to register through the help portal. Once that is set up, the client is no longer considered external, and obtaining that information becomes impossible to filter.
To assist you better, I need to know if the external users you're referring to have the same domain as internal users or if they use a different domain. This is important because it would make the filtering process much easier if external users are using different domains.
If your answer is that external users register with domains different from the ones allowed in your Atlassian admin, you will need to use an API query tool such as POSTMAN or CURL. In my case, I recommend the first tool due to its user-friendly interface, as well as the REST API documentation and all the available tutorials, which will help you make the queries you need.
