I'm unable to access JPD, but our Jira Software instance appears to be working normally.
Hi everyone,
Indeed, we had an incident yesterday that lasted an hour and impacted some customers in specific regions who could not use several products, including JPD.
We failed to send communications :( On Monday, we are meeting to review the incident and discuss what we need to improve. We'll share an update here with more details next week.

I just checked and we are unable to access JPD as well. Atlassians status page doesn't indicate any issues with JPD though...
