I'm an admin and have set up Connections for users to update their cards with, but users with "Creator" access who are not also admins are not seeing the option to "Add" new items under the Connections tab. They can see what others have linked, but there is not Add line at the bottom like I see. (Connections have already been set up ask fields, this is on the work items cards themselves.) Is this an intentional restriction?

Could you please raise a support ticket? (in JPD > give feedback > "get help from the support team"). We might need access to your site to see what's up. It could be unique to your site's Jira's base configuration.
Thanks for letting me know this was not expected. We took a closer look and this was due to the user having 2 Jira accounts and accessing JPD under the wrong one. Problem solved!
