I need to report a defect via a support ticket. I am on a paid JPD plan but the support page does not recognize this. How can I submit a support ticket?
From where did you try to report the problem, and what is your Jira role?
When you are a Jira Site Admin (or higher role) on a paid license level, you may create a ticket from here:
