I’m considering using Jira Product Discovery to manage product improvement requests coming from different business areas. Each request could relate to a different type of initiative, such as a new report, a new communication flow, or a change to an existing system.
However, it seems like I can only create one form per board.
Is there a way to have multiple form templates, where each one is shown based on the type of idea being submitted? For example, if the user selects “New Report,” one form appears; if they select “Communication Flow,” a different form appears—ideally defined by “Work Types” or a similar field.
Does this use case make sense for Jira Product Discovery? Or would you recommend another Jira product for this kind of workflow?
Hi, thanks for the feedback - we don't support this today but will look into it as we improve this feature.
@Tanguy Crusson I have the same request and would love to see multiple form support with upcoming improvements!

me three. Now you have multiple "types" it feels logical to allow them each to have different templates on creation.
Is this something your considering in the near future @Tanguy Crusson or is it miles off in the list of priorities? Will just help me figure out how to configure some of the inputs as we open this up to others :)
