Hello
We switched to Premium for our JPD app a couple days ago.
As a consequence a new menu 'Roadmaps' appeared for our 9k users in Jira.
This Roadmaps is linked to JPD Premium and has nothing to do with Jira Software.
But as all users (even those without JPD license) see it, some of them click on it, and confuses it with Jira Roadmap menu. So, they open incident thinking they lost their roadmap :/
How can we restrict this new menu to only the JPD users ?
Thanks
Hello Aymeric,
You don't need a Jira Product Discovery license to visit and consults Jira Product Discovery roadmaps. Actually, we designed JPD so your product team creates product roadmaps, and are the ones with a license, while everything is open for the rest of your company to see, as contributors (unlicensed).
So this is a bit like the "Goals" menu, that is visible and accessible by everyone on the site, so is provided as a menu item to everyone on the site.
If users don't need this feature - and never will, because they aren't looking at product roadmaps or any ideas, if you are on the new navigation, they can go on "customize sidebar" and remove it, as they can for goals, dashboards etc...
