The Plan doesn't automatically show the dates for any stories

Hello,

     I created a plan, then I found all projects dates are empty in the schedule, no matter completed story or open story or anything.

     Please see the attached screenshot.  You can see all projects don't have anything shown in the schedule part that marked in the red circle. I think at least all completed project should automatically use the project start/complete date or sprint start / end date to fill that part. But it doesn't.Jira.jpg

Hi @Rui Zou and welcome to the Community!

Which date fields do you use as start and end dates? By default, a plan visualises the timelines based on start date and due date. If these fields are not filled out on your work items, it is quite normal that you don't see anything displayed in the plan.

If you would like to use other date fields, you can specify those in your Plan settings > Scheduling. Be aware though that this setting applies to all work items in your entire plan:
