What are the steps to enable Hierarchy in JPD ?

How can Connections tab be enabled in JPD and how hierarchies are enabled in JPD if you have JPD premium plan

Thanks @Nikola Perisic , I though this was already released last month. We do have premium plan in place but i am not sure how to enable this feature in JPD. 

Any idea if this can be enabled by a Site or Org Admin ??
