If I map an idea to multiple customers, and each customer's requirements are an insight, I would like to treat each insight as a threaded comment. If I'm the originator of the insight, other's can ask questions or provide additional content. If someone else is the originator of the Insight, then I can reply back to them (e.g., "Please add more info...").
I would like to use an idea as an aggregation point for multiple customers that are requesting the same idea but be able to separate their insight/requirements from each other.
Additionally, I'd like to be able to add a predetermined field ("Key Customers") to the insight. Using labels is free-form and requires me to manually sync "labels" with "Key Customers". Bonus if I can perform a query that "shows me all ideas that have insights from "Key Customer = X".
