Restrict who can use transition

Hi,

I need to allow only specific users or groups to use a transition in a JPD workflow.

Workflow conditions are not available in JPD.

I tried to use jira.permission.transition.group property with a group ID as value but I was not able to use the transition even if I am part of the group.

I know I can use "Validate that people have a specific permission" option but it means creating a new role with an added permission compared to the creator role, which is far from ideal.

Does anyone know a way to allow only specific users, project role, or group, to use a transition in JPD ?

Edit : I found a solution : jira.permission.transition.group does work, you just need to put it on the status and not on the transition.

Hi @Sébastien RATEL , I have not attempted with JPD but for Jira you can use workflow Conditions to restrict transitions. Is this not available in JPD?
