We have a special user for automation in Jira, which we use for all automations. This way you know that the change was done by automation and also we can give this user the needed permissions to perform all required stuff.
The thing is, that if we want to use it in JPD, it seems like we need to give the user Creator role, as it changes some fields in various situations.
Is there any way to use such a user without paying for it an additional Creator fee?
Doesn't Jira for Automation already track that they are the ones that make changes?
