Unable to import a CSV file (Next Button is Greyed out)
Hey,
I am trying to import a CSV in to Jira Service Man. and once I map all the fields, I am unable to hit next. The button is greyed out.
Any suggestion?

have you mapped Summary? It's required for uploads.
If yes, do you have only the system field Summary in your instance or have you created also custom field with the name Summary and mapped your data to this custom field?
