Why do some links can't be displayed as embed apps in JPD?

I want to embed a confluence page inside my JPD initiative. Most of the time, I have the option to style the link as a URL, link, card, or embedded. Every now and then, some links cannot be shown as embedded. e.g.

Thanks, Amanda. It's just too weird that some Confluence links work and others don't...

Ohhh, that does seem odd! The link is from the same organization?

Also, do you have the appropriate permissions for the space?
