can't add some email to published view

Hi,

 

I want to create a published view and add some people.

People do not necessarily have an Atlassian account so I use their email to add them.

And I just can't add some people. I get a "We were unable to add people" error message.

After getting this message I am able to add other people so I do not think it's because of a users limit.

Did anyone also have this issue or know how to fix it ?

Hi, this can happen in one scenario:

That's what you're trying to add an email for someone who doesn't have an Atlassian account, and their email domain (@company.com) has been claimed by their company (so any account from that domain can only be created centrally by an admin at this company). 

In that case the only way I'm aware of to solve it today is to ask them to create an Atlassian account first (it's free), and then you can share with them. Not ideal, I know.
