is there a way to group by one or another field?

I want to see all work for a squad whether they are supporting or leading, can I group by those two fields together?

Hi @Lexi Sprague ,

I suppose it would depend, but I think it's important to note Grouping ideas can only have one field selected at this time. If more than one field could be selected, the view could  then have discrepancies and be difficult to read - which I believe is the logic behind this.

If the field you group-by is a multi-select field, and an idea has multiple values selected, then the idea would appear in different swimlanes like so:
