Can't create idea with Insight Chrome plugin

We have a JPD project, and I've installed the Insights plug-in to Chrome, so I can grab some text from a user interview and associate it with a new idea. But when I try to type the new idea title (in the field), I can't get the cursor to appear. Typing does nothing. What am I missing? If anything.
