(External) text characters

Hi, We are exploring the possibility of using JPD for us as a team. We would like to have the possibility to publish an external/public title and description on an external website. I am now running into the 'short text' limitation where 255 characters is too less for a public description. 

Do you recognize this shortcoming and how can this be solved? We really need to use specific fields for our integration.

Indeed, this is a shortcoming. What would be your ideal scenario? do you confirm the external title + description would be for an idea?
