JPD Feedback: Add Create button in fullscreen=true view for contributors

I'd like to use the fullscreen view for contributors to easily see our list but this view does not have the "Create" button. It would be great to add this so they don't have to exit fullscreen view as the non-fullscreen view has the left nav that can feel cluttered.
