Recent Performance of JPD Page Loading

Hey JPD team, with success comes new challenges! We've been noticing increasing load times of a JPD idea when loading a new page from scratch. Like around 9 seconds. After a day of constant usage, this has been adding up. This has been reported by my team in the US and Europe. It used to be much faster, and can only assume you've got more customers and usage. I'm hoping you've got plans on improving this? 

Or if this is something worth specifically opening a case to give more detailed troubleshooting info?
