I'm Shikhar, a Product Manager in Jira Cloud. I'm thrilled to announce a change that is coming soon. We are introducing an ability for Site and project administrators to bulk remove (unblock) emails from the email suppression list.
What's new?
The new experience will now facilitate Site & project administrators to remove(unblock) multiple users from the email suppression list at once. This self-service suppression removal functionality will be available to both, Email Audit Page as well as Admin Email Audit Page.
Why we're making this change?
We have heard your feedback! Many of you have been asking for this change for quite some time, and we are thrilled to announce this feature. Furthermore, managing the removal of multiple emails from the suppression list can be cumbersome when attempting to process each email individually.
